The venue is fairly clean, with magnificent and unbeatable location next to Edinburgh Castle or the National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Garden and Caravel Guest House for five nights during the festival. The staff is pleasant and welcoming, as well as host. It offers good service.
